Catoosa County Co-Response Clinician

Ride alongside a Catoosa County Law Enforcement Officer (Day Shift Only)
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions with clients
- Provide clinical counseling to individuals with various mental health concerns
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address client needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client assessments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in the field of mental health

Minimum Qualifications: 
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Valid licensure as a Clinician or eligibility for licensure
- Experience in providing therapy and counseling services to individuals with diverse backgrounds and needs
- Knowledge of ICD-10 coding and documentation requirements for mental health services
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and PTSD treatment approaches
- Ability to address gender-related issues in counseling sessions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients
