Join us at 11am or 1pm for the Holiday Market!\n\nPlease join us for the Catoosa Women's Network Luncheon & Holiday Market at Gateway Business Center!\n\nThe Holiday Market will be OPEN from 11am to 12 noon and from 1pm to 2pm.  The Luncheon is from 12 noon to 1pm.  Reservations and $15 pre-payment are required to attend the luncheon.\n\nGuest speaker Dr. Marilyn Helms will deliver: "Staying Motivated During the COVID-19 Pandemic and Beyond"\n\n\n\nThe COVID-19 pandemic has changed the world\, including how we do business\, deliver education\, purchase goods\, and manage our entire lives. We are all anxious\, with so many changes occurring at once. It's hard to stay motivated and harder to find the time to take care of ourselves. Today's talk will remind us that significant changes have been the historical norm and not the exception\, but they are new for us\, in our generation. In our many roles as wife\, mother\, employee or employer\, caregiver\, educator\, cook\, housekeeper\, and more\, we must stay strong\, remain motivated\, and take better care of ourselves. Dr. Marilyn Helms\, Dean of the C. Lamar and Ann Wright School of Business\, will give suggestions to help us cope. The interactive session will encourage self-help\, and she will also involve the audience to share their motivation and coping tips.\n\n\n\nHoliday Market Tables to sell items or display business information are available for $20 each to Chamber members and $25 to non-member businesses.
