DESCRIPTION:Join us for delicious breakfast foods and networking at the Catoosa Men's Network Breakfast and hear from Chaplain Neal Brown!\n\nChaplain Neal Brown was raised in Cedartown\, GA\, where he graduated\n\nfrom Cedartown High School. He worked in a cabinet shop\, a pallet shop\,\n\nand in the insurance business\, before going into the ministry full-time. Neal\n\ngraduated from Seminary in 1990. He served 3 churches as their Pastor\n\nbefore retiring in August of 2023.\n\nNeal became the Chaplain of the Fort Oglethorpe Fire and Police\n\nDepartment in November of 1999. Then\, in 2020 when the merger of\n\nCatoosa County Fire and Fort Oglethorpe Fire and Rescue happened\, Neal\n\nbecame the Chaplain for the Catoosa County Fire Department. Neal has\n\nalso been an EMT since 2002.\n\nIn 2003\, Southern Cross Ministries was started\, as a non-profit\, to provide\n\nChaplain services to Emergency Services Personnel in Catoosa and Walker\n\nCounty. Neal currently serves as the Board Chairman for the Georgia\n\nAssociation of Law Enforcement Chaplains and serves as the Training\n\nCoordinator for the group.\n\n&quot\;He enjoys woodworking\, reading\, working in the yard\, and doing\n\nchaplaincy. \n\nHe married his High School sweetheart\, Cathy\, in March of 1978. They\n\nhave 2 sons\, 2 daughters-in-law\, 1 granddaughter\, and 6 grandsons. They\n\nlive in the Boynton community of Catoosa County.
